Heroes

These are the Guys in the White Hats. The U.S. Cavalry, riding to the rescue; the defenders of truth, justice, and the American Way (or, in certain cases, the Generic Way, the Xolchipalian Way, or the Drunken Way.) When someone stands in the street and shouts "Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird, it's a plane, it's .... ", it's one of these people.
