Known powers: Totally unclear. Flannel Man is frequently seen chasing people, and frequently captures them (binding them with strips of flannel), but it is a complete mystery how he accomplishes the task.
Description: Tall, about 6'1, and about 150 lbs. He's very lanky, with long legs and a loping gait. Flannel Man wears faded cutoff jeans, t-shirts, and a worn plaid flannel shirt. On his feet, he wears Birkenstocks. His long brown hair is rather voluminous, and tends to hang around his face. He's got a "grunge-style" goatee. He also talks as if he is always anticipating his next joint -- which may or may not be true. This makes him like at least half the young men in Seattle. In the Capitol Hill area, he would be virtually invisible.
