User-Visible tracker Changes

tracker 1.1 (2009-03-25)

Use int32_t instead of int in the protocol so that tracker will work properly on systems with a 64-bit int.

Converted build system to Automake, thus supporting more targets, builds outside the source directory, and other standard build features.

Reformatted source code and redid package documentation to match my current coding and documentation standards.

tracker 1.0 (2003-07-16)

Initial stable release.
