Completely rewritten. Now uses the Stanford::LSDB::AFSDB module, no longer uses the -extended flag to vos listvol since the files information it provides both isn't useful and isn't particularly accurate, and expects Oracle for the database rather than Sybase. Documentation added, and the script is now quiet by default unless the -V flag is given.
