Add support for removing mount points instead of just volumes to the delete mode, mapping the mount point to a volume name for ACL checking. Look for fs and pts on local disk first and then in AFS, as we're now doing for the other AFS-related scripts. Improve reporting of errors, avoiding a previous problem where we might have sent blank e-mail to our report address and only returned the error to the caller. Add a help command that prints out the supported commands. Update the documentation to reflect the port to remctl, the error handling, the use of volrelease, and the searching algorithm for AFS commands.
