Thanks mainly to Raksha, I've seen the entire Beast Wars II series and a tiny bit of Beast Wars Neo. This page covers those cartoons.

BWII Episode Information

Thanks to Raksha, I have copies of all 43 episodes. Click HERE for synopses and pseudoreviews of them. Episode titles taken from Rob Jung's page, below. Note: the link between BWII and the upcoming BW Neo seems to be that once the Nemesis is defeated, it sends out its absorbed Angolmois energy in packets all over space and time. BW Neo is about the hunt for this scattered energy. I have the first half of the first Neo episode, and included a summary of it at the end of the BWII eps.

Click here for a translation of a Japanese web page giving the basic plot of BWII, as translated by Doug Dlin, plus some additional comments from a followup to Doug's post to alt.toys.transformers.

Finally, Rob Jung is maintaining a BWII Episode Summary at his webpage.

BW Neo Episode Information

No episode summaries or anything yet, just a basic plot starting point. At the end of BWII, all the stolen Angolmois energy has been bound up in capsules and dispersed throughtout space and possibly time. Big Convoy, formerly a "one man army" loner, is assigned to both train a new crew and track down the capsules before Magmatron and his band of Destrons can find them. Both sides use teleporter-style transports to get to the remote locations of the capsules in this interstellar scavenger hunt. See the BWII episode summaries for a summary of the first half of the first episode.
