Greetings from beautiful, scenic Terrania! This is Andrea...yes, and also Sheryl, too. We received the first postcard from you just yesterday, and I decided it was remiss of me not to have written you before now. This is an oversight I shall certainly remedy.

Eighteen police cars, hmm? That sounds like a remarkable experience. I wish I might have been there. I myself have been the subject of many a law-enforcement chase in my wild, irresponsible youth...Princess Ariella, who is reading over my shoulder, is making disapproving sounds, but I don't think she means them; after all, she married a thief, didn't she?

I thought you might be interested to know that the aftermath of the wedding was quite easy to handle. The clearing is almost as pristine now as it was before the ceremony--save for the scorch marks, and those will fade with time. Oh, and I should mention that there is a certain young thief here who has found himself being followed around by a wolf. Even I don't know quite why, now...those whom I asked to police the wedding environs have long since returned to their natural duties, save for that wolf. Perhaps it has taken a liking to him for some reason, or perhaps it simply likes the way he tastes...

Incidentally, I am given to understand that a litter of six mechanoid kits is considered quite exceptional, as the usual litter size tends to be two to three. Aerianne seemed quite puzzled by it when I spoke to her. Well, I'm certain that they could be in no better hands than Ariel's should there be any problems.

Sheryl sends her greetings, and she wants to know if you've had anything good to eat lately, and if so, if you would save some for her. She also says that Lori should be sure and practice galloping every so often so she doesn't get out of practice.

I'm handing the quill to Princess Ariella now; I believe she has a few words she wishes to put down.

Hello! How have you been? I saw your postcard...quite an interesting choice of pictures. I guess you took what you could get.

I hope your honeymoon is going well...I remember my own honeymoon. Robert and I went by airship all around the world! How was I to know he would get airsick?

I'm so glad you decided to hold your wedding here in Terrania...otherwise, we never would have gotten the chance to meet you and all the other fascinating people and, um, other creatures that frequent [insert name here]'s Bar. I've only been there once...I may stop back by again today, if my duties permit. I can't afford to take too much time off, though...we'll see.

And I'm afraid I have a bit of a confession to make. The men-at-arms who escorted me to the wedding weren't exactly what they appeared to be...well, they were men-at-arms, but only because I rather hastily swore them in about half an hour before the wedding. In actuality, they were some close friends of mine and my sister's from America...members of a crime-fighting organization that calls itself Team M.E.C.H.A. Perhaps you've heard of them? Regardless, they--and Summer in particular among them--are always interested in meeting new people, especially people like you. They told me afterward that they had a wonderful time at the wedding and hope to see you all again soon.

Was there anything else I needed to say? Hmm...I don't think so. I hope you have a lot of fun on your honeymoon, and don't let all the cards and letters people are sending you be too much of a distraction! I'll see you when I see you again!

This is Andrea again. I will close this missive by echoing the
sentiments of Her Highness...above all else, enjoy yourselves!

Until we meet again...

Sincerely

Andrea and
Ariella
(Yes, and Sheryl too...)
