History: Kriegtot was given his powers as part of a TONN R&D experiment.
Known powers: Kriegtot (literally translated: war dead) has the power to re-animate the body of anyone who died violently, and also has the power to maintain control over that re-animated body. The undead he creates "die" after a few hours, though, without constant input of energy from him.
Description: Kriegtot is a large, hulking individual, who dresses, typically, in capes and stuff.
