History: These two were given powers as part of a TONN R&D experiment.
Known powers: They both have the power to shoot streams of facial, skin, and baby care products from their hands (go to a store, look at that kind of stuff, and if it says "made by Johnson &Johnson", they can shoot it. They also act in unison, although it is unknown if this is telepathic or not.
