Status: Paramilitary strike force commander.
History: Colonel Felder served in Vietnam with the Green Berets, and when he left the service, he formed a mercenary unit which eventually made a name for itself. This unit was hired by Dr.Zwarghoff to provide security and enforcement for his plot to create his ultimate weapon. When Team M.E.C.H.A. arrived, they were unable to fight back against M.E.C.H.A.'s superior technology and many were captured or killed. Felder and a few of his men were able to make their escape.
Shortly afterward, many of Felder's captured men escaped with Dr. Zwarghoff. Zwarghoff insisted that Felder honor his contract and help him capture the Team M.E.C.H.A. Headquarters. Felder reluctantly complied (thinking Zwarghoff a great fool, but honor-bound to follow through with his contract), but was able to get Dr. Zwarghoff to sign a release form letting him out of his contract, and escaped with his men shortly before Team M.E.C.H.A. retook their base and captured Zwarghoff. He is still at large, but is likely to restrict his future contracts to mercenary work rather than henchwork for supervillains.
Known powers: No specific powers per se except for knowledge. Is a paramilitary specialist, former Green Beret, with standard knowledge of combat, survival, et cetera. Typically carries advanced energy weapons of some sort.
Description: Late 30s or early 40s, 6'3", dark hair, clean-shaven, dark brown eyes, 220 lbs. Typically wears grey and black paramilitary uniform.
