Notes: E. Val Majishin is a low-medium-powered mage without a whole lot of self-confidence. His first scheme, a reign of terror over Seattle in which he animated and controlled hundreds of pairs of Birkenstock sandals and Doc Martens, was foiled by Team Cynical. After that, he was used as a disposable extra by Mr. Bad Example, and then again by Radian. Since becoming a supervillain, he has spent more time in prison than out.
Known powers: As a mage, Evil Magician's talents are fairly diverse. He knows a small number of direct offensive spells, his favorite being the Dark Orange Bolt of Grievous Bodily Harm, but he specializes in spells that permit him to bring life to inanimate objects, which will then do his bidding. He can animate many things, but his favorite subject is footwear.
Description: 5'8", 130 lbs., short black hair, partly Eastern Indian descent. A moderately attractive man. Evil Magician often dresses in loose-fitting white clothing, and sandals, but he will wear whatever strikes his fancy when he gets up in the morning.
