A carnival fortune teller, she masterminded the plan to torch the show, murder Mary Agnes's parents and exploit the child's superpowers for criminal acts. She would have suceeded too, if it hadn't been for those meddling Guardians of Rectitude. Currently incarcerated in Dillweed City Jail.
Madame Bianca is a large ugly woman, surpising strong for her years (70) with grey-streaked black hair. She has limited psychic powers and can gain helpful information by gazing into her crystal ball, but must be of calm mind to be sucessful. This is often difficult, given her nortoriously violent temper.
