A shameless copy of General Ripper in Dr. Strangelove,
General Tripper is healthy and ruggedly handsome. Even though his
uniform is well aged and somewhat faded, he is almost never seen in
civilian clothes.
Known Powers None
Not much is known about this man, and even less written. Apparently, he was a liaison between the American government and the military men hired for covert operations. One of the task forces he directed in past decades included former helicopter pilot Richard Jackson.
General Tripper retired into relative obscurity in Carson City, Nevada, but has never ceased his vigilance with respect to Communist encroachment.
