POWERS Well, he's a genetically altered dolphin who has lots of cybernetic and techno-organic weaponry. Especially likes his eye blast.
PERSONALITY Basically bitter, resents being forced into villainy. He's sort of a square peg without any kind of hole. Would like to get back to the ocean one day. Feels a lot of anger towards Unexplainable Man, along with child's blind allegiance.
HISTORY Rescued from a tuna net and experimented on with money from the finder's lawsuit. The finder would turn out to be Unexplainable Man, who would eventually finish his "masterpiece" and use him to try to corner the Net.ropolis market on frozen yogurt.
APPEARANCE Looks like a big dolphin with arms and legs and high-tech weaponry grafted on to him all over the place.
