    It's been a while, and we've seen a lot of Beast Wars toys show up in the Universe line, but Hasbro has decided to honor the tenth anniversary of Beast Wars with a line of recolors, spiked with a few new molds. Given that I learned how to set up a webpage in order to archive my Beast Wars reviews back in January 1996, I figured I should give this line its own page, yes?



Transmutate Assortment

    Recolors of Deluxe toys, with very minor remolding in a few cases (none that I could find on wave 1, though, so the remolding may be just a rumor). These come in window boxes with a DVD of a Beast Wars episode featuring the character, plus one of six pieces needed to assemble Transmutate, a non-transforming character from the episode of the same name. $15 price point, the extra cost comes from packaging, the Transmutate part, and what Im guessing are more detailed paint masks.
