I won a small (9-player) tourney at CaveCon in Park City, KY with this deck in February 1996. With a few modifications, it also won another small 8-player tournament here in Bowling Green. Since then, it's rolled through two other tournaments; has lost only one match and has won every tournament it was played in. Unfortunately, it got hosed by rotten draws and my own last minute tinkering at the National Championships, so I've moved on to new ground. NOTE: It gets kind of hurt by Movie Edition, so expect to see a post-ME version sometime.

TOTAL = 63 cards

Strategy: First of all, get out your life-gainers (Master's Advice, Quality Blade). Alternatively, another good first round move is to Luck for a Stalk and play it. Once you set up a bit, use the Seduces to hit your opponent for unblockable and undodgeable damage, and cap it off with a Ped-5 to end the game quickly.
Nemesis Decks: Denial decks (Renee Delaney, Wargames West, Charlie) can hurt this deck badly. Your best bet is to hurt them hard and early. Also, Xavier control decks can stop much of your hurt to them; in this case, hit them hard and early, and pray for Police: Remove Situation.
Movie Edition Effects: I think ME was specifically meant to mess with this type of deck. Alertness allows the user to block or dodge your attacks, Kate hits you for damage if you gain ability, Master's Advance and Kiss Your Butt Goodbye nuke dodges, Honor Bound helps denial decks, and Katana destroys Ped-5s. I'm not sure what changes I should make to make this deck viable again; I'm not even sure if it can be viable again in anything resenmbling its present form. OTOH, Richie now has more Immortals to plunder from.
